As a future educator using B.F. Skinner’s theory of Operant Conditioning will be useful. This will be useful for me to motivate my students. When there are behaviors that are desirable as well as those that are not desirable will be able to implement reinforcement, punishment or the extinction techniques covered in Skinner’s theory. Having a better understanding of this theory will allow me to have better classroom management techniques for my students.
